Hitting just the perfect balance of approachability, chaos, skill, and fun is not an easy achievement, however it is one that Rocket League seems to excel at in all forms. This sports game grabs you and takes you along for a hell of a ride that just about anybody can enjoy. Let me be clear, I am not a huge fan of sports games, they have just never been my thing. Nonetheless, Rocket League hits all the right benchmarks for it to be one of the breakout games of 2015. What makes Rocket League brilliant is its easy to pick up and play controls, lending itself to easy enjoyment for anybody, yet still maintaining a degree of difficulty to master the advanced maneuvers. It doesn't just stop there though, bringing customization, splitscreen, and game modes are just some of the things that Rocket League does right. The only thing that can possibly sully the games enjoyment are other players. This is a non-issue as there is a season mode with varying degrees of difficulty that you can play by yourself or with a buddy. From graphics to music, everything just works very well in Rocket League. It's game that needs to be experienced to truly understand and is worth every penny of its purchase. Join me as I just give you a small peak of the cheers and jeers as I check out the game. Big thanks to the developer for a chance to play this game!
